Kayaking may very well be the perfect activity for attaining and retaining fitness and wellbeing, at any age!
While surrounded by all of natures beauty it is hard to believe that after a one hour Paddle Interval class with Kayak Excursions you will have burned up to 600 calories.
Our Paddle Interval class can:
- improve Cardiovascular Endurance
- strengthen upper body
- burn fat
- trim and tighten waist
- reduce stress
We offer classes Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM and Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM.Classes are one hour in length. We can also schedule classes outside our regular times for groups of 5 or more people.
Classes are held at different locations around Lee County. Please call us to reserve a spot.
